Stay Cool in the Summer Heat

Summer is finally here and the temperatures are climbing!  How to stay cool?  Simple!  You can go for the total white look, which is very stylish these days.  White jeans, white capris, white top, white sweater, white sandals!  You will look cool and feel cool.  Some white wine sangria can't hurt, either!

Other ways to stay cool?  The new, popular "burnout" fabric is a perfect choice.  A flowy skirt or dress is perfect for outdoor activities such as art fairs, garden parties, cookouts, etc.

Don't forget to drink lots of water this summer.  It's good for your body and your skin too.

With Jockey Person to Person, you can create all these looks and more.  Packing for vacation?  JP2P clothes are suitcase-friendly!  Many pieces also do double duty so you don't need to pack as much.  For instance, the burnout dress can also be worn as a skirt!  The convertible capris can be worn almost to the ankle, or just below the knee.   Jockey has all the options you need for a cool summer.

Have you ever wanted to own your own business?  Jockey P2P is a perfect choice!  If you like stylish, comfortable fashion, this could be your future.   June is a great time to start a new career in direct sales.  Our leaders will be doing webinars and conference calls for anyone who is interested in learning more.  Check out my facebook page http://www.facebook.com/JP2POhio/events to find out the dates and times.  And then call me if you have any questions!  I'd love to help you earn extra money each month and look fabulous every day!

Your Fashion Update for 2012: Is Orange the New Pink?

Make yourself stand out and get noticed this spring with bold bursts of color. Try using navy, black, or brown as a backdrop, then add coral, canary, teal, or magenta as accent colors. Coral, and other shades of orange, is making a splash this season on the runways. It's been featured by Prada, Vera Wang, Tommy Hilfiger, Herve Leger, Ferragamo and many other designers. Orange is no longer just a favorite color of five-year-olds but a fresh, natural addition to your spring/summer wardrobe. In fact, Pantone has named “Tangerine Tango” the 2012 color of the year.

Some of the current fashion trends are Crafted Minimalism, Palm Beach Preppy, Actively Engaged, Ocean/Sea Life, Bold Prints, Color Blocking, and Tangerines and Oranges. Florals, stripes, and both tropical and tribal prints are also having a big impact. The bright colors and bold prints are showing up in the Preppy, Active, and even Minimalist fashions.

Coral goes well with turquoise and ivory, as this color combo evokes a seaside motif. Try mixing your tropical coral with denim or with white for a fresh look. Peach or coral goes well with neutrals such as tan, brown, and light gray for a soft look. For a bolder look, mix it with other brights such as canary and add some metallics. Coral can also brighten up a nature-inspired animal print ensemble.

Whether you call it orange, peach, tangerine, coral, or citrus, this bright hue belongs in your 2012 wardrobe! Jockey Person to Person® has all the stylish, comfortable, on-trend clothes and accessories (many in “tropical coral”) to keep you looking and feeling good all day long.
